Karthik Panjanatham Ramaswamy is a business and management professional with over 5 years of experience in both corporates and start-ups. He is a generalist who has expertise in business management, process consulting, and software engineering. Currently, Karthik works as a Senior Manager for Client Engagement at Awign, where he manages the retention and growth of clients from different industries such as Edtech, Fintech, Agritech, Healthtech, and E-Commerce. He is responsible for handling 20+ active client accounts, managing the MRR of INR 43+ Million, and maintaining client retention at 90%+. He provides different services such as calling, content operations, business development, last-mile delivery, auditing, and due diligence. He also coordinates with cross-functional teams such as Ops, QC, Sales, Marketing, Tech, Finance, HR, and Legal. In the past, Karthik has worked as the Chief Business Officer In-Residence at Go Philippines and as a Project Consultant at Piggylabs. At Go Philippines, he led the Education Division & Offshoring Division and was responsible for people management, strategic management, customer acquisition, customer relationship, accounts management, business development, program management, vendor management, technology management, zoom management, recruitment, partnerships, administration, and coordination. At Piggylabs, he formulated a GTM strategy for an upcoming fashion e-commerce startup in Southeast Asia.
